Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was raised in an ethnically mixed family. She's English as well as her father is Nigerian. She went to The Brit School when she was fourteen years old. She graduated with a BA in acting at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art. She was a part of various performances on stage during her school days, including King Henry V and Wuthering Heights.
Madekwe's acting career started in the series Storm Damage. Since then, she has appeared in Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her first role in a film was in Woody Allen's 2007 film Cassandra's Dream opposite Colin Farrell, Ewan McGregor. She then appeared in Elisha, a BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In the same time, she starred as Ollie in six episodes each in the series Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. In 2008, she landed the role as Bambi in the ITV2 Drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl, appearing in three and two series. Madekwe also played the title character in How to lose friends & betray people that was aired by Sony Pictures Entertainment in 2008. She has performed on the screen in Little Sweet Thing, by Roy Williams, and Flight Path, composed by David Watson.
Madekwe debuted in the US by presenting The Beautiful Life. The drama show was telecast at The CW for only two episodes, but it was ended. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. Madekwe appeared in all episodes of the show's second season as a regular. In May of 2013, it was announced that news broke that Madekwe will be departing the show following her guest appearance in the first episode of the series' third season. In 2014 and 2016, she starred in the role of Tituba the television series Salem. Madekwe married her long-time love, Iddo. They have worked together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl and also had a role alongside her on the show Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with a huge family. Four of her older brothers were also present including twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. The four brothers of Ashley, all very athletic, played hockey during the winter months and played baseball in the summer months, which means that she grew up playing in baseball and arenas. Ashley did not have the ability to walk, but she danced. When she turned two-and-a-half she began Baby Ballet and fell in love. Ashley fell in love with dance when she was just a few years old. Ashley competed in top-level divisions of tap, jazz hip-hop, ballet the lyrical musical theatre, acrobatics and pointe until she graduated high school. All of the major dance festivals, like International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance, have awarded her the distinction of "top Soloist".
